We had one ring that was a custom order so for a couple weekends we were coming in and checking out changes. We were a little sad at the end of the process because we wouldn't be coming in to see our friend! Excellent communication, very thorough and fun to be around. ChelseaA couple small stones fell out of my wedding ring so I went to Worthmore to get a quote to replace them and look at some other options. I worked with Kerrie and she was so incredibly helpful and patient with me! She priced out a few options for me and let me try on a ton of combinations to decide what I wanted to do. Kerrie wasn’t pushy at all and I never felt like she was trying to up sell me. I ended up swapping out my setting and getting a new wedding band to match and I couldn’t be happier! The entire staff was so sweet and I will absolutely be back in the future!

She found a lovely ring that reminder her of one she had when she was young. She picked it up and the next few days after teared up looking at it. What a great find! From start to finish, Dan went above and beyond in accommodating our wishes, taking a sincere interest in our story, and handling every detail of this project with such patience, care, kindness, and professionalism. The final product is simply perfection! An emotional journey to say the least, we are so very grateful for Dan and the rest of the team that helped bring our idea into fruition. We will be back!
