2015 Wedding Ring Trends: Part 1 – Engagement Rings

At Worthmore Jewelers, one of our specialties is wedding and engagement rings. Not only do we enjoy working with beautiful pieces, but we love being a part of such a huge milestone in our customer’s lives.

We also love having the opportunity to show our support for marriage equality. We believe everyone deserves the right to go through the process of marriage and to be treated with respect and dignity along the way. That’s why we prefer to avoid using a different term for same-sex wedding rings like “commitment rings.” After all, we all love equally!

If you have not kept up with the latest engagement ring trends, no need to worry, the passionate and well trained Worthmore team is here to help you with the latest styles, cuts, and stones.

Here we’ve highlighted a few of our favorite trends for 2015:

Authentic estate and vintage styles rings are incredibly popular right now. Thankfully, we have a wide selection here at Worthmore!

This two-toned vintage-style diamond ring stands apart from the rest with its multi-dimensional design, and combination of diamond setting styles.

Another great vintage-style piece is this feminie14K white gold filigree ring with beautiful diamond accents

Here we have an authentic estate piece. The art-deco design is set off beautifully by black onyx with a bezel set diamond center.

Another big engagement ring trend is textured yellow gold. An updated take on the classic smooth gold look, these pieces are sure to stand out.

This 18K gold textured ring also features a beautiful update on the classic pear shaped diamond.

We love the combination of bands and diamond shapes in this set! Also featuring 18K yellow gold, the center ring shows off a round brilliant cut diamond center stones accented by two pear shape side stones. The engagement ring is framed by two diamond bands.

All in all, we love that yellow gold is back!

The emerald cut is often referred to as the most elegant cut for diamonds. We love seeing this unique shape on all sorts of engagement ring settings!

The emerald cut diamonds on this piece are bezel set with millgrain detail to really emphasize the diamonds.

We love the look of this contemporary layered ring. Still featuring the classic emerald cut center, the overlapping mounting gives this piece a multi-ring look.

Here we have a more classic take on the emerald cut. Three primary stones are set tastefully in a 18k white gold mounting, always a classic and always in style.

Sometimes, more is so much more. That’s sure the case with these beautiful bridal sets!

This custom bridal stack set features a center round diamond on a vintage floral setting accompanied by not one, but two sapphire and white gold bands.

No one can deny the unique and incredibly popular look of rose gold. Here the warm colored rose gold sets off the round center diamond and surrounding halo of diamonds beautifully. The accompanying rose gold and diamond band makes a perfect match!

Can’t get enough of wedding ring trends? You’re in luck. Part 2 of this blog series will feature even more stunning pieces, this time focusing on men’s bands!
