I would like to thank you for being so great with my son, Jared, as he decided what to do with his grandmother’s engagement ring. Not only am I delighted that you felt as strongly as I do that the beauty of the ring should not be changed, but that you would forgo making money in order to save that beauty is a wonderful thing. More importantly, you were honest with my son. You have my business forever and I will continue to recommend people to you as I did him. A good eye is hard to find. Integrity even harder. It seems the company name has wider meaning than I realized.
